Nexulorum provides web engineering, design, consulting, and related digital services. All services are subject to scope, timelines, and pricing agreed upon in writing.
Estimates & Pricing
Any pricing shown on this website or generated by estimators is indicative only. Final pricing is confirmed after project scope review and written agreement.
Payments
Payments are processed via secure third-party providers such as Stripe. Projects may require deposits or milestone payments before work begins.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client response may impact project timelines.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Nexulorum retains ownership of pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use delivered project assets as specified in the project agreement.
Limitations of Liability
Nexulorum is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Services are provided “as is” without guarantees of specific business outcomes.
Termination
Either party may terminate services according to the terms outlined in the project agreement. Fees for completed work remain payable.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
